New Year's Tradition

This morning a group of us from the 8:30 pace group gathered at the Forest Park Visitor Center to take part in our annual run from Forest Park to the Arch and back. Some years its a large group, some years its a small group. Some years the weather is mild, other years its brutally cold. This morning, while the sun was still sleeping behind rain soaked clouds, a small group of us (Michelle, Tim, Rob) made the rain soaked trek from Forest Park to the Arch and back.

Its crazy and its irrational - but its also fun and it keeps us young at heart. Its just what runners do sometimes. As Michelle put it, "It was an Epic Run." Something we will look back on and laugh about for years to come.

Here's hoping you start 2022 by doing something "Epic" - whatever "Epic" looks like to you. And that you share both the experience and the memories with the friends and family that you love the most. And that 2022 turns out to be your best year ever! Happy New Year!
